Our very first cake smash styling and we really love creating it! Jessica wanted an outdoor shoot as she prefers a natural setting and thus our photographer, Kelvin Koh from Lighted Pixels Photography chose the Upper Peirce Reservoir for the shoot. It was a really nice place and pretty quiet since we did the shoot on Tuesday which was the actual birthday of Keira. Other than the monkeys that keep loitering around, everything else was perfect. Some tips when it comes to doing a cake smash for your little ones, bring lots of baby wipes because there is a lot to clean after the shoot! And prepare extra clothings for them to change and of course if you are doing an outdoor shoot, standby insect repellent!
